The Nexus Revo Stealth is a beginner to intermediate level prostate massager. It utilises both vibration and a rotating tip to stimulate the prostate. The Nexus Revo series has been around for several years now but the Revo Stealth is a more recent version. Nexus promises that this model brings improvements, so let’s test that out!
The Nexus Revo Stealth was sent to me for free by Nexus for an honest and unbiased review. This page contains affiliate links. If you click on them, I may get a small commission for what you buy. That helps me run this website and continue providing you with articles like this!
Upon receiving the Nexus Revo Stealth I was reminded a lot of the Nexus Revo Slim, which I reviewed several years ago. This new Stealth version is thicker and larger, although I wouldn’t say you need a huge amount of experience to use it. The Stealth is also slightly more hook shaped and has a different design for the handle. All of this is quite subtle, so here’s a photo of the Revo Slim (left) next to the Revo Stealth (right).
The Nexus Revo Stealth has the same amount of vibration modes and rotation modes as the Revo Slim. That is, 6 vibration modes and two rotation speeds (both directions). It gives you a combination of 34 different stimulation settings.

The Stealth can be used in the bath or shower because it is fully waterproof. I’d advise using it in a bath rather than the shower, because it’s shape doesn’t allow it to stay in easily when you stand up.
Then there’s the remote! One of the things I like most about the Nexus Revo range is the fact that they come with remotes. It means that your partner can tease you or play with you from a small distance. If you dislike the idea of someone actually touching near your anus then the remote is also a good idea for that. From an aesthetic point of view, the remote of the Stealth looks a little better than the Revo Slim’s remote did. It’s a very small difference though.

Experience
The first time I used the Stealth, I again couldn’t help thinking how similar to the Revo Slim it is. The size feels very manageable, something I’m sure most beginners could take. The vibrations feel the same and so do the rotations. The larger size means that the Revo Stealth fills me a little more, which is good because the Slim is now too small for me.
What do the vibrations feel like?
The vibrations of the Nexus Revo Stealth are buzzy. These high-frequency vibrations are less common in prostate massagers. Buzzy vibrations stimulate the local area of contact more. If you hold a buzzy vibrator to your skin, you get a very strong sensation on top but the vibrations don’t penetrate your body very much. I prefer lower frequency, rumbling vibrations for this reason. Rumbly vibrations are the kind that penetrate deep and affect a large area.
I think the reason that Nexus have kept the high-frequency vibrations in this toy is because they are sometimes quieter. Seeing as this model is called ‘Stealth’, that makes sense.
The vibrations feel pleasant. However as with the Revo Slim, they could be too much for beginners. The lowest vibration setting is actually pretty intense, so it might give you a small shock when you first use it! I doubt it would cause pain or anything though.
I hope Nexus put more rumbly vibrations in the next one of their toys I try. Buzzy vibrations are ok but don’t do as much for me.
What does the rotating head feel like?
The best part about any of the Nexus Revo toys is that their head rotates. This means that you can insert the toy and have it massage your prostate automatically. This may help you to use less effort while practising prostate massage.
The rotational head on the Nexus Revo Stealth really creates a pleasant feeling around the prostate while in use. It isn’t super intense, so I think the rotating is something very suitable for beginners. As for me, I’d prefer for it to be more intense. I’m used to slightly bigger prostate toys than this and I kind of need more.
Again though, the rotational head of the Nexus Revo Stealth massages the prostate effectively and will be enough to make some people orgasm. If you want a toy that focuses more on rotation, I also reviewed the Nexus Sceptre.

What does the shape of the Nexus Revo Stealth feel like?
Like the Revo Slim, the Stealth has a fairly straight shaft. When the head is rotating it gets slightly more hooked, however it isn’t as hook shaped as many other prostate toys.
The result of this straight shaft is that the feeling of it pressing on my insides isn’t as intense. I would prefer for the shape to be more hooked so that it really presses on my prostate. Beginners might not mind this so much and even Advanced users sometimes prefer toys that are straighter. Yet me, I need something more direct.
Although I haven’t tried it, the Nexus Revo Intense is more hook shaped. I recommend you try that one if you know that you need more stimulation.
Cleaning the Nexus Revo Stealth
The Revo Stealth is very easy to clean. The prostate toy itself is fully waterproof, so you can wash it with soap and water before spraying some sex toy cleaner. The remote control is not waterproof, so you need to use a dry or slightly damp cloth for that.
As with all other black sex toys, you need to be put this one somewhere where it won’t collect too much dust.
Conclusion on the Nexus Revo Stealth
The Nexus Revo Stealth is a good replacement of the Revo Slim. Yet if you already own a Revo Slim, I don’t think you’ll be gaining much by buying it. If you previously owned a Revo Slim, I’d recommend you go for the Revo Intense instead, because that will give you more of a different feeling.
The Revo Stealth holds up against other prostate toys I have tried. Yet it isn’t my absolute favourite. As you probably already gathered, it isn’t intense enough for me. If I use it while masturbating my penis, I will have an amazing orgasm. However the Revo Stealth can’t make me have a prostate orgasm on its own, which is a shame.
If you want a prostate toy that rotates and vibrates, the Revo Stealth is a good option for you. Depending on your experience, you should either go for the Stealth model (reviewed here) or the Intense model. Personally I think I would have done better with the Nexus Revo Intense. I have a lot of experience with prostate toys, so I demand more from them than the average person!
