You may have noticed two higher end male sex toys on the market. These vibrators designed for men are both priced over one-hundred euros and promise a lot. I have used both toys a lot and will explain my personal findings.
Long story short, Hot Octopuss Pulse III is better for partner play and for quick climaxes. Fun Factory Cobra Libra II is better for solo play and more intense climaxes.
The truth is, both of these toys are excellent. I have given both toys 9/10 in reviews. The vibrations in both are very powerful and for me they are the best sex toys I own. For solo masturbation I enjoy using both more than I enjoy using my own hand or Fleshlight type products. The Cobra Libra and Pulse are both extremely easy to clean and enjoyable to use.
Both have similar weaknesses. Notably that they are both loud toys. They also only run for up to an hour. Now let’s get into specific strengths and weaknesses of each toy.

Disadvantages
- Not very interactive during partner play.
- Climaxes arrive more slowly.
So long story short, Hot Octopuss Pulse III is better for partner play and for quick climaxes. Fun Factory Cobra Libra II is better for solo play and more intense climaxes. That isn’t to say one is therefore more worthy than another. The Cobra Libra can still be enjoyed and used during partner play and the Hot Octopuss still gives very intense orgasms.
